Lead system
Enquiries sit in inboxes, and missed calls never get a reply.
Website, email and messenger enquiries go into your CRM with an instant acknowledgement and a task for your team.
I set up ready-made tools so enquiries get acknowledged, customer messages have an owner, and your team stops copying data between systems.
For businesses with 10-100 people. Fixed price and written scope before work starts; software subscriptions stay on your accounts.

AI Implementation & Operations Consultant, Elivance
You tell me how enquiries, customer messages and data move through your business today, and where it hurts. I ask questions and point to the two or three places where a ready-made tool would save your team the most time. After the call you get a short written outline with up to three tasks worth starting with, and you decide what to do with it, on your own or with me.
If AI is not what you need, I will say so.
Pick a time that suits you. The call is 30 minutes on video, in English or Finnish.
We talk through one or two problems in your business, in your words.
You get the written outline by email: up to three tasks, in the order I would start them.
Most of the time is lost in four places. Each of them has a full system and a smaller first step.
Enquiries sit in inboxes, and missed calls never get a reply.
Website, email and messenger enquiries go into your CRM with an instant acknowledgement and a task for your team.
Messages are spread across channels, and nobody owns the reply.
Messages in one place, complaints and returns tracked to the end, AI drafts that your team checks and sends.
Someone retypes orders, contacts or invoices from one tool into another.
Agreed data moves between your shop, CRM, accounting and email on its own.
Everyone uses a different AI tool, and nobody knows what company data went in.
Tools set up for agreed tasks, clear rules on data, and training for your people.
Not sure which of these comes first?
That is what the free call is for. I look at your situation and suggest where to start.
Prices exclude VAT · How payment works
An agreed path from your website form to your CRM, with an automatic acknowledgement and a task for your team. The written scope names the steps and the tests we will run before handover.
One setup starts at €800, for example website enquiries going into your CRM with an automatic reply. A full lead system starts at €3,000 and a full support setup at €2,000. A connection between two tools starts at €800, and setting up AI in your team starts at €1,200. Every project gets a fixed price in a written quote before any work starts, and prices exclude VAT; VAT is added where applicable.
Launch pricing: 30% off, 20 places30% off the listed prices for projects agreed by 31 December 2026. I take on 20 projects at this price; work can continue into January. Applies to setups, full systems, connections and team setup - not to the free call, the paid consultation or ongoing support.
Everything that matters is agreed in writing before work starts, so you know the price, the scope and the end point.
A free call, then a short written outline.
A written scope that says what is included and what is not, a fixed price, and the acceptance check we will use at the end.
A data processing agreement (GDPR) signed before I get access to any customer data.
Setup on your own accounts. You pay the software subscriptions directly, and the quote names the expected monthly cost.
The acceptance check, then ongoing support if you want it.

Me, Lidia Sorokina. Before I started consulting, I founded and ran a B2B services company with heavy paperwork and strict rules. I started it alone and over the years moved the work that depended on me into processes the team ran. Today I set up the same kind of systems for other owners, and my own work runs on AI agents. I approve the templates and rules they work from, and I check samples of what goes out.
If you are not ready for a call, these show how I work. No sign-up, no email wall.

What an AI agent is, where it helps a team of 10-100, and what it should not do.
I find the repeat work that eats your team's time, pick ready-made tools that can take it over, set them up on your accounts and check with you that they work. For a business of 10-100 people that usually means new enquiries, customer messages, data that moves between tools by hand, and the way the team uses AI.
One setup starts at €800, full systems at €2,000-3,000, connections at €800 and AI in your team at €1,200, + VAT where applicable. The first call is free. Each project gets a fixed price in a written quote before work starts.
A setup usually takes from 3 days. Most of that time goes into making it easy to maintain and writing instructions for your team; the build itself is the smaller part. I confirm the exact timeline in your written quote after checking your tools and the agreed scope.

If you use the chat on this site, you are talking to an AI assistant, and it says so. Replies about your business come from me: I may let AI write a first draft, but I read, correct and send every one myself.
Businesses in the US, the UK and the EU. Elivance is a Finnish company, and prices are in euros.
I start from the tools you already have. For connections I often use n8n; in my own business I run Frappe CRM, and I work with AI models such as Claude and ChatGPT. The subscriptions stay on your accounts.
